Riyadh – Mubasher: Musharaka Capital Company announced the inclusion of Musharaka REIT fund in the benchmark FTSE EPRA Nareit Global Real Estate Index Series.

The index is specialized in real estate investment trusts (REITs) and real estate companies, according to a company statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

Musharaka expects the inclusion to have a positive impact on the fund in terms of attracting foreign investors interested in REIT fund investments, and expanding the investors’ base.
